Appointment Policy

New Hope Animal Hospital operates on an appointment basis only. We do this so that we can better manage our time. We do accept walk in appointments, but be prepared to wait.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

All birds must be presented in an appropriate bird cage. Cage covers are recommended for shy or nervous birds.
